Terms of service & text messaging

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a cleaning with Spotlight Cleaning. Spotlight Cleaning is operated by Art of War Apparel LLC.

Quotes and pricing

Online prices are estimates based on the details you enter. We confirm your final price before your first clean. If your home's size or condition is very different from what was described, we will talk with you before starting any extra work.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Late cancellations or lockouts may be charged a fee, which we will tell you about when you book.

Our satisfaction promise

If something is not right, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we will come back and fix it at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due when your clean is complete. Recurring discounts apply while you stay on a recurring schedule.

Text messaging program

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Spotlight Cleaning about your quotes, appointments, reminders, and account. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
