Privacy policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains how Spotlight Cleaning ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit spotlightcleaningco.com, request a quote, or book a cleaning. Spotlight Cleaning is operated by Art of War Apparel LLC.

What we collect

When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and ZIP code, details about your home and the service you want, preferred dates, and any notes you give us. We also record how you found us (for example the ad or website that sent you) so we know which advertising works.

How we use it

We use your information to give you a price, schedule and perform your cleaning, send reminders and updates, take payment, ask for feedback, and improve our service. We may send you occasional offers by email; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we text you about your quote, appointments, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and customer database, email and phone providers, payment processors, and the cleaners assigned to your job (who see only what they need to do the work). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our site stores small pieces of information in your browser, such as the ad campaign that brought you to us, to measure our marketing. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies to measure ad performance.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@spotlightcleaningco.com or calling (470) 215-1254.
